1. Service usage

Advanced File Compressor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, free of charge and without warranties. By using it you agree that:

• You will not upload illegal, malicious, infringing, or prohibited content, and you have the right to upload and process the files you submit.
• File compression is a complex process; we are not liable for any data corruption or loss. Always keep a backup of your originals.

2. Acceptable use

This is a shared resource. Do not abuse the service, attempt to overwhelm it, or upload decompression/zip bombs. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic to protect the service.

3. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including automatic deletion of files after processing.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from use of this tool.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
